Ongoing Support
& Partnership

SmartLab is more than a STEM program—it’s a sustained partnership for career-connected learning.

SmartLab’s long-term impact isn’t just built on good tools—it’s built on partnership with schools, districts, and community organizations. That partnership supports learning that adapts to change, keeps students engaged, nurtures strong STEM identities, and helps schools stay future-focused. From day one through year five and beyond, SmartLab evolves with your team, your goals, and your community because real partnership is what makes SmartLabs last and makes learning more powerful for students.

Support that grows with your educators and your program

Ongoing SmartLab support includes unlimited curriculum updates, LearningHub access, onboarding for new facilitators, and troubleshooting help from real humans. Schools also receive planning support and an annual innovation fund to grow over time. It’s all designed to ensure the learning experience stays strong even when staff, tech, or priorities shift.

SmartLab schools grow stronger over time.

In classrooms across the country, SmartLab’s ongoing support helps educators evolve their teaching, build confidence, and sustain learning momentum over time. This isn’t just about setup—it’s about staying responsive to what students and educators need, year after year.

A strong SmartLab partnership extends beyond the school

District leaders describe how SmartLab listens, adapts, and collaborates—not just with individual schools but across systems. Real trust means aligning with evolving district goals and also helping leaders connect with the community beyond the school walls. That includes local business engagement, workforce readiness efforts, and co-developing initiatives that help SmartLabs grow stronger over time.

Community engagement brings real-world
learning to life.

SmartLab schools build lasting connections with local businesses, nonprofits, and mentors—investments of time, expertise, and collaboration that sustain programs over time and deepen student learning. These relationships bring real-world relevance into the classroom and position SmartLab students as part of a local talent pipeline. Whether it’s a technician helping maintain lab tools or a college recruiter seeing students apply what they teach, these partnerships show that when students grow, communities thrive.

Student engagement is at levels I have never seen in my 23 years of teaching. Students love the lab and are constantly asking if they can come down in their free time to continue working with Ukits, or Engino, etc. I’ve never been busier as a teacher, but also have never had more fun. It’s encouraged me to gladly take work home and get more proficient in areas such as coding and circuitry. I see myself as a lifelong learner, and this lab not only meets the needs of my students but also fulfills my own growth as a facilitator and person. I appreciate my administration for investing in this lab and appreciate SmartLab for offering such an incredible product!!!

“We are able to work with our students to get them career and college ready, and we do that K-12. SmartLabs help by getting students’ hands on projects and activities, getting them working with partners in the classroom, and getting them building something they would’ve never have imagined they could build…it’s actually shown our community what our students are capable of.”

“In our SmartLab, students become empowered and engaged as they use critical thinking, curiosity, and collaboration to apply content standards. I have yet to meet a student who doesn’t love this class or
benefit from this connected approach to learning.”
