Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date at the purchaser’s expense for credit, refund, or exchange. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and securely packed to qualify for a refund. Special-order items and software are non-returnable and non-refundable. To initiate a return, please email orders@creativelearningsystems.com with your school name, sales order number, and the items you wish to return. Smartlab will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package to ensure proper credit is applied.

Payment Options:
When your order ships you will receive an invoice. If a balance is owed the invoice will include all necessary information for how to complete your payment. You may submit a Purchase Order to orders@creativelearningsystems.com. Standard payment terms are Net 30.
